Our heat pump water heater decided to start a new career as a 360 degree waterfall feature (as in water cascading down all around, as opposed to the water temperature!) This happened at 3:30pm which happens to be only 30 minutes before Green Logic's close of business. Within that 30 minute window, they had responded to me by both email, phone & text (Marty and Greg), sent a recommendation of a replacement with a quote and scheduled the change over to happen first thing the next morning. Peter then turned up on time and completed the work to a high standard. This has to rate as one of the best, most efficient experiences I have had. Well done to every one of the people I interacted with. I highly recommend Green Logic Australia.

Price was great service was extremely quick. Greg's team arrived around 07:30 and removed 27 panels on the roof and removed the single phase inverter (we should of had 3ph inverter with original panels but we got duped) by 14:30 there was 30 new panels on the roof and a 3ph hybrid inverter on the wall. Plus a small power board added to our system as we had run out of room in the meter box. They guys cleaned up after themselves and were a great crew. Highly recommend green logic to anyone wanting solar they are the best.

Really happy with our new Aquatech X8 heat pump hot water system. Service from Green Logic here in Perth was great and it's working a treat. Great to be off gas and 100% electric. Was looking around for the past few years and the Aquatech heat pump is like a great deal, so we finally made the switch. No more gas bills and hopefully a heat pump hot water service that will last. Time will tell.

The service over the phone was great. Happy to discuss my issue and listen to our needs. Didn't apply any pressure tactics and given our demand needs gave great feedback as to the most economical solution for our hot water system. Very fast turnaround time from enquiry to install and the results are fantastic. These guys are absolutely fantastic! Just had my solar fitted today, and from the quote to the installation the guys from Green Logic have been efficient, friendly, tidy with excellent workmanship. They even replaced a few broken tiles on my roof that they'd spotted while they were up there! (NOT caused by them) That's 'above and beyond' service and I'd recommend them 100%.
